Wisconsin stakeholders are welcome to borrow equipment from the WCBVI AT Loan Library. Items available for loan include video magnifiers, braille displays, and braille notetakers. The maximum loan period is one semester.
The Materials and Production staff provides accessible learning materials in adapted formats.

The materials available are in Braille, twin vision (picture books that have both Braille and print), large print, described video recordings (in which the action and characters are described), and kits (which contain a print book, Braille book, a 2-track cassette and at least one stuffed animal).
Some non-specialized materials are available. These include audiobooks, video recordings, regular print books, and print books with an audiobook. A professional resource section that may assist teachers and parents of blind and visually impaired children is also available.
