Join us for a weekend of cooking fun! The WCBVI Short Course Team will be hosting the Short Course Cook-Off at WCBVI on October 12-14, 2018 and in Trego, WI on October 19-21, 2018!
Students will receive instruction on the following skills:
- Micowrvewave use
- Oven use
- Washing dishes
- Stirring, and measuring.
We will also discuss how to create a balanced meal! Each student will receive a mug that we will use to make simple “mug recipes” and a recipe book of the dishes we cook up at the 2018 Short Course Cook-Off.
